My name is Jena
which means Little Bird in Celtic. I am the face behind Joyplay and the voice behind the Little Ritual podcast, and I am so glad you're here.

After receiving my bachelor's in Theology in 2020, I set out to find deeper wells. I have studied yoga, therapeutic techniques, reiki, breathwork, and modern paganism. I believe a strong spiritual practice that emboldens us is our birthright, but it is often made challenging through religious and childhood trauma. My life's work is to create micro communities of healing so we can be a network of empowered witches, sparking a revolution of love.
Whether through workshops, retreats, or virtual one-on-one energy work, my mission is to reignite your sense of spiritual power and personal peace after leaving the church.

Participated tonight in one of the most gratifying yoga experiences I can recall. What can one say about this spiritual divine, athletic yogi? Jena combines her deep knowledge of the yoga arts with her warm, open, and spirited energy. The flow was challenging with beautiful assists and alignment opportunities. A rarity since Covid.
